We know you’re excited to relive your favorite moments — and we’re just as excited to share them. However, quality editing takes time. Our standard turnaround is:

• Photos: 6–8 weeks (30–45 business days)

• Videos: 8–12 weeks (45–60 business days)

We deliver weddings in the order they were booked and shot. While your wedding may have occurred earlier in a month, it may fall behind others that were booked prior. This ensures fairness and consistency in our workflow.

We prioritize quality over speed. Each gallery and video is edited with individual care to reflect the emotion, light, and energy of your day.

What’s Included in Editing

Photo Editing Includes:

• Professional color correction

• Cropping and straightening

• Exposure and lighting adjustments

• Retouching of select key moments

Video Editing Includes:

• Multi-angle footage blending

• Color grading and audio balancing

• Seamless storytelling cuts with music sync

• Ceremony, reception, and highlight video (based on package)

Rush Editing (Optional Add-On)

​

We understand that sometimes couples want or need their content sooner — whether it’s for sharing with family, posting online, or planning post-wedding events. In these cases, we offer rush editing services.

Rush Fee Options:

• Photo Rush Only: $250

• Video Rush Only: $350

• Photo + Video Rush: $500–$600

• Turnaround: 2–4 weeks from payment

Please note: Rush delivery depends on availability and must be approved before payment is made. Rush fees are non-refundable once editing begins

Communication and Updates

We know the wait can feel long, and we’re committed to open communication. To help manage expectations:

• We suggest weekly or biweekly check-ins if you’d like updates

• Our team will respond as promptly as possible, though delays may happen during high-volume seasons

• A private online photo gallery with download access

• A downloadable HD video link
